Obviously, there are many different backgrounds one can come from when beginning to program in a new/first language:

Never programmed before and have no clue about programming.
Fluent in an other language, but has need/want for using Ada.
Good background in programming concepts, but has not necessarily programmed before.

We'll want to find a good way to get the various categories of individuals on the proper track with Ada.
